Standard Warranty Policy
All equipment purchased from Network Liquidation Global (FPN) includes a lifetime warranty with advance replacement for end-user customers and integrators who purchase the hardware directly from Network Liquidation Global. FPN warrants that its products will be free from defects under normal usage for as long as as the original end-user owns the product. This warranty is not transferrable. Wholesale and reseller customers receive a 90 day warranty. All equipment has been updated, tested and certified.
The warranty period for FPN products starts on the day the hardware ships to the customer. If an item is deffective or DOA, the customer needs to follow the warrranty product return policy in detail below. This warranty does not cover key or software codes.
FPN offers its FastNet premium warranty upgrade program for customers looking for Next-Day-AM and 2-4 Hour Replacement Services. Please contact your account manager for more details.
Warranty and Return Policy
RMA products must be approved by FPN before the replacement is sent. For faster RMA processing time, please have the serial number of the deffective unit(s) ready along with a description of the defect. Network Liquidation Global does not accept returns for incorrectly ordered items by standard policy.. If the item(s) you ordered are incorrect or your requirements changed at the last minute, your Network Liquidation Global sales representative will work with you to exchange them for the correct or newly required item(s). FPN is not responsible for any difference in hardware cost or shipping costs for both the return and replacement(s). For all approved RMA's on incorrectly ordered items, a 25% re-stock fee will be applied. FPN does not guaruntee the RMA will be approved for incorrectly ordered items.
Advance Replacement Procedure (RMA)
To request an advanced return material authorization, please call 1.888.641.4053 Option 1 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Please be sure to provide the below information in your RMA request:
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone
- Model Number and Quantity
- Serial Number
- Reason for Return
If you experience an equipment failure that cannot be resolved by our engineers, Network Liquidation Global will immediately ship you the replacement in advance of receiving your return. The faulty equipment being replaced must be returned to Network Liquidation Global within 10 business days. FPN will of cover all shipping costs for both the replacement and return of faulty equipment. Advance replacements are shipped, often with next-day delivery providing the equipment is immediately available or in stock.

Replacement of Non Working/Failing Items
Network Liquidation Global will ship the repalcement the same day for any faulty or DOA equipment. If a failing item is not immediately available, we will replace it as soon as a replacement can be obtained. A similar product may be substituted as offered by Network Liquidation Global and agreed by both parties.

THE WARRANTY HEREIN WILL NOT APPLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN, FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF PRODUCT BY THE CUSTOMER WHOM DIRECTLY PURCHASED FROM NETWORK LIQUIDATION GLOBAL OR ANY DESIGNATED PARTY FOR SHIPPING (1) MISHANDLED, PHYSICALLY DAMAGED, IMPROPERLY INSTALLED OR PROGRAMS THE PRODUCT AFTER IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED (2) HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO ABNORMAL ELECTRICAL CONDITIONS, WEATHER CONDITIONS, PHYSICAL STRESS, EXCESS OF THREE (3) YEARS BEYOND MANUFACTURER END OF LIFE OR END OF SALE, ABNORMAL ENVIRONMENT OR NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT OR ACT OF GOD. Network Liquidation Global AND ITS EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE CUSTOMERS INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT AND/OR SOFTWARE SYSTEM. IN NO EVENT SHALL Network Liquidation Global BE LIABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY IF THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPALCEMENT EXCEEDS THE VALUE OR COST TO REPAIR THE DEFECTIVE ITEM.
