25 Point Quality Assurance Checklist

Upon our receipt of your hardware, we check each piece through our 25 Point Quality Assurance Checklist to ensure it is in prime working condition before it is released to you, our client.

  • Receive, inspect & disassemble chassis
  • Ensure serial number is available
  • Internal & external serials must match
  • Item received into stock by correct serial & PN
  • Re-fabricate chassis, clean or paint
  • Clean internal components & system board
  • Test motherboard
  • Test all power components
  • Test multiple voltage inputs
  • Test fan system & noise level
  • Remove & test memory
  • Clean memory
  • All indicator lights tested
  • Test firmware, reset to default
  • Internal software diagnostic performed
  • Test at highest performance software level
  • This diagnostic test is recorded for the client
  • Test all ports on system or module
  • Run system stress test & reboot unit
  • System cleaned & reassembled
  • Professionally package unit (or stock)
  • Ensure client shipping address correct
  • Deliver on time
  • Shipment tracking sent via email
  • Invoice sent via email
